prevent fraudulent bidding, we require a valid MasterCard, Visa or American
Express credit card to place a bid on any auction item. This credit card will be
automatically processed to pay for the auction item if you are the winning
bidder.
If your credit card fails to process, we will as a courtesy contact you
however we reserve the right to cancel this transaction. |

Shipping Method and Point of Shipment: All Items are
shipped via UPS ground from Charlotte, NC.
Shipping Date: We usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of
receiving your payment.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your shipment has left our
location UPS will send an email to the email address you have on file. The email
willl contain all information on the shipment to you including waybill number.
The emial will also contain a link to the UPS online tracking system so you can
follow the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Damage
We have
shipped thousand of items and understand that occasionally damage can happen in
shipping. If your package arrives damaged please inform us within 24 hours of
receiving the item. Our customer service team will contact you with instructions
returning your package.
Item Not Received
If your package does
not arrive in the appropriate number of business days from shipping please
contact our customer service team by email. Please include your name, address,
auction number, confirmed date of shipping and a phone number. |
